I’ve always had a passion to see the world in all it’s forms. I truly believe in culture, tolerance, compassion and togetherness. After college, I embarked on an 8 week solo journey around the world. I’ve never felt so small and fulfilled at any given time of my life. I indulged in many cultures, personalities, self reflection and an undeniable sense of connection. I was so lucky to be able to see the beautiful streets of Rome and the poverty stricken neighborhoods of Latin America. Life is so precious and beautiful and PEOPLE ARE GOOD. We all have stories and perspectives and we should learn from each other. We were not meant to stay in our comfort zone of our own thoughts and views. I believe in growing, in listening, in connecting and I think that the best way to do that is to GET OUT THERE. How amazing would it be to give back on that same journey? I can’t say I was surprised, but nevertheless, overwhelmed with just how much volunteering in Cambodia truly broadened my day to day views. Financial Status does not always directly tie to happiness and I think so often we get caught up in our “first world problems” that we forget the foundations of humanity. We were meant for human connections and I hope to be able to provide a platform that promotes that on a global scale. Let’s make it happen!
